SEI has a varied client base across many industry sectors. Our clients range from schools to councils. Hospitals through to industy and private sector.

A large proportion of our staff have full MOD security clearance and are fully CRB checked to allow them to work on high-security projects.

All of the above sectors are similar and we are unable to give too much information due to the sensitivity of the contracts and for security purposes.

All of our staff have security clearance which allows us access to site and are fully aware of all the processes and procedures in place when working on such sites.

HMP Prisons

SEI have carried out various installations within high security sites including prisons and secure hospitals including a large recent refurbishment project at Ashworth hospital. All of our staff have the relevant security clearances and we are fully aware of the importance placed on the protocols when carrying out such projects.

Hospitals NHS Trust

All aspects of electrical work undertaken within hospitals at SEI. We have experience in CCTV, access, emergency lighting (including Dali systems), and all types of electrical installations and maintenance. SEI are also fully aware of all the relevant H&S requirements within hospitals and our staff will always adhere to any permit systems and site specific restrictions put in place.

Private Sector

At any one time we have a number of ongoing projects within the private sector, and these range from domestic barn conversions to office refurbs and specialist one off installations, plus everything in between. We work to your design but if required can also offer help with designing a system to suit your requirements.

Schools, Colleges, and Universities

SEI have ongoing contracts with a number of schools, and this includes both maintenance and installation projects. We can carry out electrical condition reports, electrical installations, emergency lighting installations, fire alarms, and access system installations just to name a few.

Car Park Management Companies

This includes the installation of specialist camera and payment equipment and can carry out both the civil and electrical works. We work to detailed specifications and collaborate with the client to make sure the system is commissioned to the design. These contracts also require that our staff adhere to strict H&S requirements.

Churches

SEI have completed a variety of projects in various churches, these range from electrical condition reports to specialist lighting installations or repairs. We understand the specific requirements of the churches and can tailor our service to suit anything required.
